Leak under kitchen sink and at faucet. Replaced section of tubular kitchen sink drainage. Also replaced plastic washers with new ones. Replaced faucet aerator with new chrome aerator. Cable main sewer line via roof vent and pulled back roots. Video inspection. Camera main sewer line via roof vent. Locate main sewer line in front of house. Root intrusion approx 5' from cast iron transition to clay pipe. Recommend cleanout installation and root intrusion pipe between cast iron and clay pipe with PVC and cleanout.

Replace entire sewer line from cast iron to city tap with SCH 40 PVC and two cleanouts across driveway. Replaced tub in #1 and #4. Customer pulled old tubs and supplied new ones. Installed tubs and new drains, shoe, and pop-up. Installed shower valves in #1 and #4, customer supplied valves. Installed dual shut off valves for kitchen faucets #1 and #4. Pulled old waste arms for lavatory and kitchen drains. Back up in both lavatory sinks.

Cabled through vent stack and removed some scale build up. Healthy amount of sledge build up is present in pipes. Flow path in waste arm is near 3/4". Recommend repipe to vent. Recommend video inspection of entire main line. Rebuilt under sink trap and waste line to wall at broken cast pipe onnection. Cabled from outside cleanout. Camera inspection.

Cast iron sewer is greased up, will need jetting restoration ASAP. No hot water, garbage disposal packed with garbage, and old. Replace kitchen faucet with a Moen pull sprayer and supply lines. Replace garbage disposal, Badger xp 3/4 hp Had problem getting hot water to get to faucet. Home needs to be repiped. Galvanized pipe is leaking badly.

Replace hot and cold angle stops under kitchen sink Two bathroom groups backed up. Tried running cable down from roof vents but couldn't clear stoppage. Had to pull toilet and run cable down about 80' until stoppage was cleared. Couldn't reset toilet because of cracked toilet flange. Needs repair to fix and set toilet on ground. Toilet flange cracked, needs repair.

Pulled toilet and set aside. drilled holes for flange repair kit. Installed flange repair kit with concrete screws to mount floor. Reset toilet with new wax ring and sealed toilet. Water main broke at backflow. Saved backflow connected into shutoff. Ran pipe to meter from meter to supply from backflow into supply, all in 3/4 copper. Pro-press. 4 male adaptors, 2 female adaptors, 3' pipe. PVC SCH 40, 2 male adaptors 3/4'.

Backfilled and concrete top surface.
MLS. Ran 40' of 7/8 cable through c/o towards house, was unsuccessful.
Ran 40’ of 7/8 cable through VTR and finally cleared the stoppage. Ran camera and saw frog in line, pushed frog out. Installed customer supplied shower valve. Removed vanity in order to expose shower valve and removed valve and installed new valve as well as installed shower head and tub spout. Replaced cold side shut off for faucet. Reset vanity in place and screwed to wall. Cable kitchen line 50 feet though the line.

Replaced both supply lines under kitchen sink. Replace p-trap and drain lines, male adapter under sink. Ran 6' through toilet bowl and unsuccessful. Ran 60' of 7/8" cable through vent and unsuccessful again. Camera and located sewer which was not tied into septic tank. Pipe was full of roots and stopped before tank. Install a 3" PVC clean out and run new sewer into existing 3" PVC pipe. Jack hammer through concrete walkway. Excavate under house.

Remove 4" cast iron sewer line. Replace approx. 18' with 4' SCH 40 PVC. Back fill under house. Concrete walk way and flower area. Cable and televise. Replaced faucet in slop sink. Rebuilt faucet and seats hand sink. Rebuilt faucet, washer and seats prep sink in back wall of kitchen. Installed vacuum breaker on soup dispenser for dish and hose bibb at dumpster. Company trouble shot water leak and found that supply lines had leaks in slab.

Remove sink in tub ran new supply from shower to lavatories and tub. Jack hammered old concrete support for tub that was install improperly. Corrected water and drain system and reinstalled fixtures. Company trouble shoot stoppage in line. Checked drain line cast iron and customer has had drain issues before. Recommend whole house to be jetted. Customer agreed with warranty. Job was performed and located cleanout. Recommend that sewer be replaced in future.

Kitchen and laundry stoppage. Auger from vent 70'. Tested OK. Also auger main vent 70' tested OK. Sewer backup. Cabled sanitary with 300 machine to city main approx. 70'. Ran camera - found 5' root obstruction of 50' to 55' and at kitchen waste tie in. Excavated approx. 55' of sanitary , install SCH 40 PVC with cleanout. Backfill to rough grade. Installation/ Repairs of drain field. 300 sq. ft. field drains with new tank 10-12" cover over stone. Includes price for permits with state.

Will pump OID for free (if concreted) until new system installed.
Toilet stoppage. Auger toilet and cable main line from outside cleanout upstream pulling out towels and debris. Also hitting hand out towels obstruction were sanitary causes out of house unable to get camera through line. Line needs to be excavated and repaired. Ran 60' of 7/8 cable through c/o in front of house while I dug up and located then cleared line. Ran camera at 40' and saw Verizon line broke sewer which caused the stoppage.

Removed sink and counter top. Disconnect water and drain lines. Expose waste and overflow for guest bath removing sheet rock and vanity to allow for proper work area. Use 60lb jack hammer to remove additional concrete slab that was needed to make repair as well as chipping hammer to avoid puncturing water lines. Remove access dirt around pipe for exposure.

Repair 1 1/2 waste arm for tub using 2 1 1/2" ferncos to avoid removal of entire tub. Replace 30 gal. propane water heater with new 40 gal state propane. New ball valve shut off. Install E-May tankless water heater to supply hot for men and women's lavatory sink back to back.

New supply lines and angle stop. Unable to check water heater due to no gas. Toilet rebuild. Rebuilt toilet in garage. Replaced fill valve and flapper. No leaks. Operates normally. Replaced shower head in master bath. Repair water main using 3/4" copper and 2 coupling sweat type. Pressure tested. water line back to normal operation. If problem re occurs else where recommend water line replacement.Mainline stoppage. Need new sewer.

Company diagnose drain system and found that the sewer has collapsed. could not jet or cable through the blockage. Dug up old sewer system after Video inspected the line and found necessary to replace old cast iron main to schedule 40 PVC 4" main sewer from rear of house to city lateral in front of the house. Hydro jet of old house system was performed. Main was installed for 100% system to be complete. Cabled sanitary with 1/2" cable to city main. Ran camera and found heavy roots and sand. Sewer is Orangeburg. Replaced sewer with PVC to sidewalk. Main line blockage in galley.

Cabled thru outside cleanout. Multiple passes to clear, pulled out roots. Video inspected and found multiple root penetrations. Replaced 35'-40' of sewer as well as jet whole house. MLS Tried clearing stoppage from main line vent stack via roof top. After several attempts discovered roots growing through seam of two cleanouts.

Replace bad section of pipe containing two cleanouts. Installed new 4" PVC ach 40 pipe with 2-way cleanout to be able to access all areas of main line sewer. Purchase branded faucet. Brushed stainless and/or chrome. Install faucet - Moen single lever faucet kitchen

Lavatory stoppage in master bath. Auger from p-trap, could not clear camera inspected main stack, found it to be in good condition. Auger 2nd time and was able to partially open and then found hole in galvanized pie. Opened wall and found both waste arms leaking with backfill and connected to yoke vent. Cannot repair, recommend replacement. Pulled toilet, cut wall and replaced both waste arms with PVC. Also replaced p-traps, tested O.K and reset toilet. Removed dishwasher. Cut out section of 2" cast in wall.

Cut out waste arm and removed garbage disposal. Removed 2 p-traps. Retracted drain cleaning, cabled from vent stack. Cable stack through exposed area and cleared drain. Replaced section of 2" stack, 2" sanitary tee, 3' of waste arm. Installed double sink trap, reinstalled garbage disposal, dishwasher. Tested. Cleaned kitchen and extracted water from floor. Floor was soaked on arrival.

Water leaking from the walkway in front of the building 2 unit 11131.
Electronic leak detection. Excavate through block to inspect pipe size and type. Remove all pavers and excavate replaced 3" main water line to tie into xisting connections and leak test. Back fill trap and set pavers. Septic tank back up for few days. Pump out septic tank 1000 gallon tank.

Sink and toilet build up. Need jetting ASAP. Jetted from both roof unit to septic tank. MLS. Recommend a sewer repair. Ran 7/8 cable through c/o and clear stoppage. Ran camera and saw roots in line. Drains in kennel area are backed up. Install cleanout on side of kennel toward house.

Execute electronic pipe location, excavate 2' deep by 3' in length to expose pipe. Remove section of 6" pipe and install cleanout and riser tube with cap and grade. Install cleanout on exposed pipe on opposing side of kennel. Remove section of pipe, install cleanout with riser tube, cap and grade.
High pressure drain cleaning restoration. Hydro jet through both newly installed cleanouts upstream as well as downstream to lift station including jetting of individual drain in kennel.

Ran 2" drain for kitchen sink and laundry along wall and into septic tank.
Run hot/cold supply lines for laundry with new hose bib. Replace 3 handle shower valve, and trim. Removed wall panel in bedroom located behind shower valve wall. Cut out bad shower valve and disposed. Installed new American Standard 3 handle (chrome) in place with new tub spout and shower head. Placed wall panel back in wall.

Cut and remove washer stand pipe and also p-trap. Rerun drain line to further point in schedule 40 PVC and tub out wall. Moved cold galvanized water line to opposite of hot water line. Remove hot water and cap off. Install hot and cold water lines about 48" of CPVC pipe to single handle shower/tub valve.

Finish components not installed to shower bathroom being stripped to studs and tub not installed. Connected to copper shower supply line and installed new CPVC tub spout supply line. Request for new shower pan in M/B. Demo tile and base and around shower valve, installing new shower pan and Delta single handle shower valve. Not responsible for tile or pouring base. Shower leak. Removed stems for shower valve ( two handle). Removed one seat cold, hot seat stripped in valve. Installed new ( customer supplied) shower valve stems, and one cold seat. Leak on hot water pipe 1/2" copper. Removed section of wall covering leaking section of pipe.

Cut out bad section of pipe. Installed new brass and cpvc fittings, as well as 1/2" cpvc pipe. Let glue dry. Turned back on water to building and checked for leaks. Everything is fine. Replace 36' of main line sewer pipe with 10 year warranty. Includes installing wax ring on toilet. Test all drain lines with Bio One. Jet main towards house.

MLS. Found major collapsed line sewer in front of building 40 feet from cleanout. Cable main line with Spartan 300 new Rigid Camera to verify if line is clear after jetting. High pressure jetting with jetter to clear line. Cleared stoppage. Line is still holding water duet to collapsed line. Hydro-jet through exterior cleanout as well as flush through floor drains throughout kitchen and wash area. Many large pieces of grease buildup were passed through. Main problem area is between corner wash basin and floor drain near door.

Unable to determine if any back pitch due to heavy flow of wash water. Located main line 4" PVC. Installed a two way T clean out. Cabled line to clear drain. Ran camera, upon inspection found that wye fitting had back pitch. Broke second hole in floor. Pulled hand sink, replaced broken trap and hanger. Reset with silicone, tested OK. Added lavatory legs.

Prep table, repair leak under sink and rebuild bar faucet. Installed 6 drains, plunger gasket. Rebuild emp. hand sink faucet @ dish area. Pulled and reset wall hung lavatory at men's room. ADA replaced hanger and silicone reset. Toilet is malfunctioning in men's and women's room.

Recommend new toilet in men's and flush valve in women's bathroom.
Men's toilet by itself, rebuilt flush valve. Toilet is cracked at bowl. Women's toilet, on left when you walk in the bathroom, rebuilt flush valve. Sensor is leaking, needs to be replaced. Men's middle toilet needs extension on supply pipe and new wax ring. Woman’s left side toilet needs new flush valve and new wax ring. Took apart flush valve in woman’s bathroom. Had to saw off nuts to toilet base. Pulled toilet and reset with new wax ring, nuts, and bolts. Replaced gasket for sensor.

Replaced diaphragm and vacuum breaker. Still leaks slowly because of hard threads. Needs to be replaced. (flush valve) Took apart flush valve in mens bathroom. Pulled toilet and reset toilet with new wax ring. Cannot reconnect flush valve because of supply pipe not stubbed out long enough. Kitchen sink stoppage. Cabled from roof vent cleared at 70' from ground. 104's of grease build up.

Will need to jet for permanent results.
Video inspection of main line of home found no intrusions, bellies, separations, improper installs using ridged gen eye main line camera.
Inspection of toilets found poolroom toilet leaking profusely from tank.
Replaced with new 2 piece elongated quality white china toilet and installed and disposed of existing toilet including new wax ring, j-bolts, and sealing.
Called in leak detection Repair pending leak detection. Cut out section of copper pipe exposed with new piece of 3/4x3/4x1/2 CPVC two shark bite fittings and restore water possibly cut out section by hose bib. Company is not responsible for path repairs.
